Nakin, the Municipal Manager, hereby give Notice that in terms of Section 19(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that a Special Council Meeting of the Matatiele Local Municipality will be held on Friday, 29 October 2010 at 10h00 in the Matatiele Town Hall. In terms of Section 20 (1) of the quoted Act, members of the public, media and interested parties may attend the meeting as observers.
